730am - green tea
800am - salad, telur 2 biji
1000am -biskut jacobs sekeping
130pm - chicken black peper, sayur campur
330pm - air lemonad
830pm - bihun goreng, pasta bolognese sengap

workout - 30mins
pembuangan - sekali

* Sebelum AF setat ngap bihun goreng yg pedas dan sedap..heaven nyee
